Ok, after further review, it looks like a variation on Spaghetti Squash is going to be the one to pursue. The traffic is definitely above 100 on Google Trends and the competition is really small. It’s interesting that the primary source of the traffic is in New York. Once the site is set-up, I’ll need to verify if that’s truly the case. If it is true, then I’ll look to sell “New York” kinda stuff on the site as well.

Now we wait to find out “how” we are supposed to monetize.
